E Tec Solutions specializes in the location, placement and management of contract and permanent information technology professionals. Our process involves a multi-step approach to better supply you with the talent you are seeking. We begin by listening to you and understanding your needs. We then proceed to find the right person for your organization. After an extensive prescreening process, candidates are presented for your review. We then follow up to complete the placement process; as well as to maintain a high level of quality service.

Listen, listen and listen . . .

We listen to client needs. We listen to your specifications of the technical and personal skills required. We also take the time to understand your organization, the work environment, the types of projects being performed, and any other information that is specific to your company, and key to our search. From this information, we develop a job profile. This profile helps us to find the appropriate person for your organization, examining parameters that include:

• Platforms, operating systems, languages and databases to be used.

• Type of development to be performed.

• Skill level of the individual.

• Supervisory or team lead skills desired.

• Permanent or Contractor Status.

• Citizenship Requirements (Sponsorship).

• Security Clearance.Salary Range.

Finding the right person…

Identifying Potential Candidates

Once we have developed the job profile, we proceed to identify those candidates that are the proper match for you. We use various methods to identify the right people for your organization.

• We maintain a database of qualified candidates.

• We check with our industry contacts, and have an active referral program.

• We perform specialized searches both locally and nationally, employing various methods.

Prescreening

Candidates who have the technical ability you are seeking are carefully prescreened. We discuss with the candidates their previous experience and current career objectives. In addition, we gather information about their skills and work habits.

If we feel they match the job profile, we proceed to discuss the specific opportunity with them. If there is interest on the candidates’ part, we begin to check their references and present them to you for consideration. In all cases, candidates will only be submitted to you after we have discussed with them the actual opportunity and have received their approval for submission.

 

Candidates for your review…

The resumes of qualified candidates are prepared in an easy to read format for your review. Our resumes are laid out as follows: Name, Career Summary/Objective, Technical Skills, Relevant Experience and Education. All references are furnished upon request.

 

Follow Up…

Follow up is important to us at E Tec Solutions, and is an ongoing process.

• We start by following up with you in relation to the candidates we have submitted for your review.

• We contact you to discuss any candidate we have submitted and to schedule an interview for them to speak with you directly.

• We also follow up to obtain any feedback so that we may refine our search to better find the candidate to fit your needs.

• Once we have found the person for an open position, our job is not over. We will follow up after the person has started working to ensure that he or she is the proper fit.

• We follow up with you on a regular basis. This assures that we are aware of any changes in your needs, so that we may maintain a high level of service.
